Photography—If you are not satisfied with the images from your session, we will either reschedule and re-photograph your session or refund 50% of the session fee.
Prints/Canvas Gallery Wraps—Your order will be inspected by Meredith Gordon Photography prior to being delivered to you. Any damage that occurs during shipment will be immediately caught and a replacement print will be ordered.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your print(s), kindly return the print(s) to us within seven (7) days, and we will either replace the image(s) or offer a full refund for that print(s).
CD/DVD—No refund is available once the CD/DVD of the full-resolution images is delivered.
